Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kyam Luxury Beauty. We are committed to delivering your glow right to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during sales or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:  3–7 business days — $2.99+

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD (within the continental US).

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 days business days - $10.99+

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to [List Countries, e.g., USA, Canada, UK, etc.].

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Kyam Luxury Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Kyam Luxury Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
